DMCA and takedown notices

PlayAVN is a catalogue. The games listed here are hosted on Lewdzone (downloads) and Xgame9 (browser versions), not on this site. PlayAVN keeps only cover images, screenshots and short descriptions used to identify each game.

If you hold rights in a game listed here and believe it is being made available without your permission, send a notice to the designated agent below. We forward every valid notice to the site that hosts the game, where takedowns are honoured, and we remove the listing from our shelves at the next build.

What to include

• The name of the game and the address of its page on this site.
• A description of the work you hold rights in and the basis of your claim.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.
• Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address, and your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notices

If your game was removed and you believe that was a mistake, write to the same address with the page address, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was an error, your contact details and your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts where you are located.
