About the reading room

PlayAVN is a reading room for adult visual novels. It is built from the catalogue of Lewdzone and shows the stories that readers, rather than players, come for: visual novels, kinetic novels and Ren’Py games, shelved by engine, length and completion.

We do not host games. Every volume links to its download page on Lewdzone and, when a browser version exists, to Xgame9, where the story can be opened without installing anything. PlayAVN is part of the same network as those two sites; the network page lists the others.

What we add is the shelf itself: a short original description of each story, plain facts on the flyleaf, and collections a reader would actually use, such as stories that can be opened right now, short reads for one sitting, and long reads with many chapters.

The site is for adults. Everything behind the age gate is meant for readers who are 18 or older, and nothing on the site is intended for anyone younger.
